3. Monogram items are final sale. In the event that the wrong monogram was embroidered on your product, please contact us at info@bunnyneonatal.com or official Line @bunnyme. Please allow a 5-7 day turnaround time.

 

If you need to submit a return for any reason:

1. Please contact info@bunnyneonatal.com and notify us of your return.

2. Items must be returned in their original condition.

3. Indude a copy of your packing slip for faster processing.
